Milo is an approximately 9 months old owner surrender. He is very Submissive and scared. When a volunteer first approached his cage, he cowered in the back, crawled out on his belly when coaxed out with a leash, piddled on the floor and crawled between the volunteers legs. He was very sweet when being pet. We do not know right now if he is good with other animals.
